“It is very important to have Tibetan millionaire and billionaires, because when you don’t have money then you can’t do anything. So when you get opportunity or become capable then you should not forget that it’s your moral obligation not to be selfish and serve for Tibetan in exile as well as in homeland for financial and business development that must be transparent grounded with ethic. If we keep remain financially dependent like last 30 to 40 years then it’s very difficult.”
