The Tibetan Association of Commerce (TAC) commonly refer to as Tac Enterprise was founded on 01st July 2016, a cohesive group of experts & professionals, Management Experts, Economists, Lawyer, business community, technologists etc, with multifarious objective to provide end-to-end solutions for any challenges and needs in bunisess, tax, law, and other incidental needs, a platform for resolving issues at first hands and to serve as a solution for any difficulties in business, commerce, law and etc. .

This Association was strategically formed to preserve, promote and assist business and commercial upliftment of our country by conducting research, building network and to create a condition for all Tibetan to succeed, to drive that growth,, to make sure a best plateform for intellectually stimulation for inspiring business ideas.

History:
Tac Enterprise was initially called LT Freelancer which was an individual’s driven entity that initially provided freelancing services in business setup, accounting and taxation to Tibetan and Indian tax payers. After years of service and seeing the various difficulties & requirements beyond ; we felt the importance of an uncompromised team of an experts & professionals to handle the hurdles of law, taxes, commerce and business. Hence the TAC Enterprise “Tibetan Association of Commerce” comes to exist to serve that purpose.

Lobsang Tashi
( FOUNDER AND OWNER)
Lobsang is the founder of Tac Enterprise, a financial service firm, and also the co-founder of Tibet Hope Centre, a non-profit organization striving for the educational empowerment of youth and supporting senior citizens in their essential needs with various events and programs. Also he is the co-founder of Himalayou travels. a travel company that caters tour and travel services to pilgrims and tourists in and around Himalayan regions.
Professionally, he is a tax and finance specialist with over 15 years’ experience in strategic and consulting advisory for corporate and partnership firms, helping them to mitigate and cut short business risk gabs, and formulating strategic business planning for investment efficiency. His expertise in tax and finance strategic planning has helped numerous firms and individuals in nailing down their risks and liabilities associated with their business, and has helped avoiding critical risks in the business by ensuring smooth functioning of the business without any risks.
Pema Choden (Advisory)
Pema, professionally an engineer cum management expert, has wide range of experiences in various domains of industries like engineering, finance, client relationship management, energy efficiency building project. Formally, he worked as an electrical engineer in VTC, Dehradun, India, and Client Relationship Manager in Tele Performance, financial analyst at renown and multinational bank and Energy and Tech Support Analyst in Better Building Partnership, Toronto, Canada.
He holds a B.E in electrical engineering from Jadavpur University, India, a premier Indian university and MBA in Finance from University of Buffalo, USA, one of world’s best business school.
His wide range of experience in multiple industrial domains helps TAC Enterprise’s clients served to the best satisfaction as expected.
Kunchok Gyatso ( LLM, LLB )
Kunchok is a corporate lawyer specialized as commercial contract governance and risk analyst expert with over more than Ten years of career experiences spanning in corporate industry. Formally, he has served as Sr. Legal Counsel in Exigent Group Limited, a UK based consulting MNC, and as Legal Executive in Infosys and Wipro, India’s two most leading IT companies.
He holds LL. B plus LL.M (specialized in Trades and Business) degrees from Mangalore University, India. His deep knowledge of insight into legal complexity and wide experience with industry touch covers every concern of TAC Enterprises ‘client/s legally safe and protected.
